Shipping Timeframes

- Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days after processing.
Exceptions to Free Shipping
Please note that free shipping does not apply to the following locations due to accessibility and additional logistical requirements:
- Jurong Island
- Tuas Area
- Sentosa
- Restricted military and security areas
- Offshore islands (including Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, and Southern Islands)
For delivery to these locations, additional shipping charges will apply. You will be clearly informed of any applicable fees at checkout.
Tracking Your Order

Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please ensure your provided address and contact details are accurate and accessible.
